Healthy Overnight Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Baby Booster!
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat milk of choice)
1/2 cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt (or mashed banana, or applesauce)
1/4 cup Peanut flour (aka PB2)
1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 cup Old fashioned oats
1/4 cup Tahitian Vanilla Baby Booster
Mix all ingredients together. (It will be a little watery, but add more oats if you want it thicker.) Separate into two mason jars or mugs. Put in the refrigerator overnight, and breakfast is that easy for tomorrow!
Enjoy cold, or throw in the microwave if you prefer your oatmeal warm. Sprinkle with a few mini chips if you want a little something extra... we did!
