Chocolate Banana Delight
I really love chocolate. Like, REALLY love chocolate. And when I was working during high school what seems like eons ago, I was responsible for making the desserts and milkshakes in this 50's diner that was just down the road. We had the classic flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, but one day I decided to mush up a banana and throw it in with a bunch of chocolate ice-cream. A new local favorite was created!
So it's no surprise that a chocolate banana Baby Booster shake is one of my go-to recipes! It's extra creamy and super delish. I love that the banana adds an extra serving of fruit and it's packed with potassium, folate, and Vitamin B6 which has been said to help reduce morning sickness. Here's your new "go-to" smoothie:
- One scoop of Kona Mocha Baby Booster
- 8-10 oz of milk or milk beverage (almond milk, etc.)
- One frozen banana
- Blend in blender until creamy and smooth!
