Baby Booster Chia Seed "Pudding"
-2 cups your choice of milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
-1 serving Kona Mocha Baby Booster
-2 tablespoons honey
-1/3 cup chia seeds
(garnish options: cacao nibs, chopped nuts, raspberries...we used strawberries and organic shredded coconut)
-Mix milk with Baby Booster (we used a Baby Booster Shaker Bottle)
-Put the Baby Booster/Milk mix in a medium sized bowl with honey and whisk until well combined.
-Add the chia seeds and whisk until well combined
-Let sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps that may form
-Put mixture in fridge and allow seeds to swell and thicken the mixture's consistency (1-2 hours)
-Separate into serving bowls and garnish
This is a great, different way to make a sweet dessert that is unbelievably healthy!
