We made our shakes with simplicity in mind! Follow these 3 simple steps and you and baby will be good to go!

Step 1
Mix one (1) scoop of Baby Booster to 8-16oz of your favorite milk* and stir

Step 2
(optional)
Add ice and/or fruit and blend until smooth

Step 3
Enjoy!
*May be mixed with water or other liquids but we prefer it with milk (dairy or nut) :)

The flavor is ok I believe the vanilla is still the best. The Caramel is a little too sweet.

Love this flavor so much. Great to do half scoop salted caramel + half scoop of the chocolate flavor! These shakes are so helpful to get all your nutrients during pregnancy and postpartum. And don’t make you nauseous! Easy way to make a healthy shake for a meal or as a snack. Highly recommend!
