Summer Chia Smoothie

Keeping the food down and my energy up was so difficult with my pregnancies – I am one of the many women who suffered through morning sickness for the first trimester.

Though I’m not pregnant now I love adding the Baby Booster prenatal protein formula to my prenatal & postnatal pina colada smoothies in the morning – perfecting my recipes for when I am faced with nausea from morning sickness.

Ingredients:

1 nectarine

1/2 banana

1 scoop Baby Booster Pina Colada

1 cup organe juice

1/4 cup ice

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Combine all ingredients, blend and enjoy!
